NOTE: This is not a standalone Email Builder, it requires Perfex CRM application installed, this is a module for Perfex CRM.

Perfex CRM Email Builder is a design tool that helps you to effortlessly customize the emails that Perfex CRM is sending to your clients and team; for example, the order confirmation email sent to all customers when they make a purchase.

The module does not send any emails itself but instead upgrades your CRM’s boring default email notifications with much more professional and effective designs.

Perfex CRM Email Builder continues to work in exactly the same way as before… no duplicate emails will be sent … and there are no subscription fees to pay each month. So it’s a win-win situation!

The unedited email templates via Perfex CRM Email Builder will be still sent as default Perfex CRM email template, with no changes, so I suggest you to open and save (at least the most important templates) through this module right after installing.

Drag & Drop

Add more blocks to your templates very easy, just Drag an element and Drop where you need, no coding skills required.

Google Fonts

Make your email templates more attractive by using Google Fonts. We included a list of the most popular fonts. We’ll include more fonts in the next updates.

Media Library integration

All uploaded images will appear inside the Perfex Media Library, so you can edit or remove it when/as you wish.

Merge Placeholders

Create personalized email templates by including dynamic placeholders, now is even more simple, add them right from the text editor.

Extended Social Block

If you have a page on some social networks, most probably that you will find this social provider in this Social Block. It supports a vast list of social icons.

Custom columns width

Don’t like the default width of columns? No problem, change them as you like! This feature gives you the ability to build almost any email templates over the internet.

Responsive Design (even Outlook)

Perfex Email Builder relies on MJML, which is responsive by design on most-popular email clients, even Outlook. Each time you save an email template, the generated output comes from the MJML module.
