The app as shown in the video demo. This app was built with Xcode and requires iOS 13 or higher and SwiftUI. Easy to redesign and use it for other addictions or solve other problems where users need to track their progress.
WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED
You will need a Mac computer with Xcode 11.4 installed.
HOW DOES THIS APP WORKS
With only two buttons at the bottom of the screen, users can do daily check-ins with a very simple action required from them: tap “I smoked” or “I’m craving”. It’s that simple! Users will get daily push notifications to remind them to check-in and view their progress. Users will be able to view their progress daily, weekly, and monthly.
