Note:-

Twilio configuration is required for sending SMS
Cron job configuration is required for sending email and message

Enable Staff Reminder Trigger SMS in setting

Step: Setup->Settings->SMS->Staff Reminder(section)->Click on Available merge fields links and copy merge fields and paste text area then save it.
